Sriram Gummadi

I’m a PhD researcher at La Trobe University, Melbourne, specialising in bioinformatics, computational biology and machine learning. My work focuses on using computational approaches to understand complex biological systems and advance biomedical discovery.

My research spans extracellular vesicle biology, proteomics, biomedical databases and machine learning. You can find more about my research in my Resume and Publications.

Beyond my doctoral research, I enjoy analysing publicly available biomedical datasets using computational and statistical methods. Some of this work is available in my Projects.
